Stopped in and ordered an omelette. 45 minutes later, no omelette. Literally, everyone one else in the restaurant had been served and left. I was alone with one other person who was finishing her meal. They offered a refund and at first I refused, but after another ten minutes, I took them up on their refund offer. I don’t know why they didn’t seem to want to serve me. It made me feel badly and I was glad to leave.

Food was tasty, if a bit pricy - that's just part of the deal when eating at an airport restaurant. I had an orecchiette dish with sausage that was delectable. So why only two stars? Even using their handheld devices, you cannot place an order without a phone number. I'm here to enjoy a decent meal and relax, not participate in a data scraping operation.

Everything is online. I have to add my phone number and email for a simple order. Almost, they asked for my Social Security number to order a hamburger. Outrageous. The internet was so slow. It took me ten minutes to order, and it took me more than 40 minutes to be served. Awful

Worst experience ever. The waiter was probably the rudest person I've met in the past 10 years. I sat at a table and didn't even greet me, came to the table and asked if I was paying with cash or card. I told him card and he pointed to the QR code on the table and said "you can do it yourself"and walked away. Didn't get the chance to even order a drink. Never came to the table, no silverware or drink and I spent over$30 on a cheeseburger and fries. No condiments offered, nothing. I got into this airport regularly, I will NEVER spend my money here again. PERIOD

A good warm cozy meal, fast service and a clean and beautiful setting! The waitress took my order (thank you! I hate scan and order thing) and never asked me the tip amount but assumed 18%, that was fine but I would have preferred to have done that at the end after I knew the timing and quality of the service and food … she was helpful, fast and kind so it wasn’t worth saying anything or changing. The fries were great! The burger (black and blue on lettuce) was well done and yummy and very filling. Overall it was a spendy ($55 for 1 person for dinner and a drink), but it filled me up was fast and enjoyable.
